Q: How is this different from a trade school?
A: Trade schools take 1–2 years and often focus heavily on theory. We focus on accelerated, hands-on training in real-world skills. Our graduates are job-ready in weeks, not years.
Q: Can you train our employees on-site?
A: Yes. We offer workforce development programs where we come to your shop, recruit and train a group of new hires, and then support them through onboarding and field coaching.
